Strictly Selected Sources

Strictly selected ACC microsilica supply sources of various grades, the integrated closed production process from recycling, densifying and packing, no mixing of different grades of microsilica, no impurities;
ACC microsilica factories all have cyclone equipments or pre-processors with impurity clean-up; additional magnetic bar process to reduce impurities; ACC microsilica with high purity and low LOI;
ACC microsilica factories never add slaked lime or sodium chloride in the process, super low total alkali content;
ACC microsilica factories have no pre-desulfurization process equipment, pure Microsilica quality.

Samples must be taken every day for testing, and it can be packed into the bag only upon the quality confirmation, to ensure that the microsilica quality of each bag conforms to the ASTM standard;
Before transporting from the factory, our factory must randomly take samples and test them before inland delivery;
ACC randomly pick up samples before microsilica loading to the container or vessel; these samples are reguarly sent for the third-party for re-testing or keep records;
