ACC® Microsilica
Microsilica, also known as silica fume, is an ultrafine powder with high SiO2 content and high pozzolanic activity. It is used as a property-enhancing material in many areas, such as concrete construction, refractory, chemical fertilizer.
ACC has been supplying micro silica since 2005. Our densified , undensified, and white microsilica products are with minimum SiO2 contents ranging from 85% to 98%, which have been used in many famous projects around the world. ACC can also provide micro-silica powder with higher SiO2 contents and specifications according to the requirements of customers.
ACC microsilica complies with ASTM C 1240 and EN13263:2005 standards and has been recognized by SGS, Exova, and other famous test authorities and ENR enterprises. The recycle, densifying and filling processes are automatically integrated in a closed environment without any mixture or impurities. We can fix clients’ orders in a stable production base so as to ensure the consistency and stability of quality.

Microsilica Applications
Refractory
ACC® undensified Microsilica G94U and G96U have good effect in refractories application. It can improve the fluidity of refractory casting materials, reduce water consumption, improve compactness, temperature strength and thermal shock resistance.
Construction
ACC® Microsilica for construction has higher pozzolanic activity index, higher compressive strength and lower loss on ignition, which can be well used to improve bond strength and wear resistance, reduce permeability and protect steel bars from corrosion.
Gypsum Board
ACC® microsilica mainly used to replace part of vermiculite in Gypsum board application, mainly in fireproof board. The main purpose is to increase the flame retardancy and strength of the fireproof board.
White Cement
ACC® microsilica for white cement application, also called white microsilica or zirconia microsilica. It’s white powder, with SiO₂+ZrO₂ up to 94% to 96% min.
Ceramic
ACC® microsilica used for ceramic application, with grey, light grey or white color, fire resistance 1600℃ min. .It has the characteristics of small fineness and specific surface area, about 80-100 times of cement, 50-70 times of fly ash.
Fertilizer
